TCO-PEG8-amine is a heterobifunctional PEG crosslinker bearing TCO and amine (NH2) groups. The amine reacts with activated NHS esters or with carboxylic acids in the presence of activators such as EDC. The TCO group reacts with tetrazines through an inverse-electron demand Diels-Alder cycloaddition, supporting click chemistry conjugation.
