- Description
TCO-PEG4-amine is a heterobifunctional PEG linker for click chemistry and amine-based coupling. Its amine reacts with activated NHS esters or with carboxylic acids in the presence of an activator such as EDC, while the TCO group reacts rapidly with tetrazines.
The reagent is soluble in DMSO, DCM, DMF. Storage is specified at -20°C, but long-term storage is not recommended because TCO can isomerize to the cis form and lose its click reactivity.
