TCO-C3-PEG3-C3-amine is a PEG-containing crosslinking reagent for click chemistry and amine-based conjugation. Its amine can form a stable amide bond with NHS-activated esters or with carboxyl groups using activators such as EDC or HATU. The TCO group reacts with tetrazines, while the PEG spacer improves water solubility.
