TCO-PEG3-amine is a PEG linker for click chemistry featuring a TCO moiety and a free amine. The amine reacts with activated NHS esters or with carboxylic acids using an activator such as EDC, while the TCO group reacts with tetrazines.
The product is soluble in DMSO, DCM, DMF and has a listed purity of 95%. Storage is specified at -20°C. TCO can isomerize to its cis form with loss of reactivity, so long-term storage is not recommended.
