TCO-PEG6-amine is a bifunctional PEG linker bearing TCO and amine groups for conjugation research. The TCO group reacts with tetrazines through inverse-electron demand Diels-Alder cycloaddition, while the amine can react with active NHS esters or with carboxylic acids in the presence of an activator such as EDC.
