Boc-12-Ado-OH is an aliphatic linker for PROTAC synthesis, comprising an alkane chain with a terminal carboxylic acid and a Boc-protected amino group. The carboxylic acid can couple with primary amines using activators such as EDC or HATU to form an amide bond. Mild acidic conditions can remove the Boc protecting group to expose the free amine.
