tert-Butyl (7-aminoheptyl)carbamate is an aliphatic linker bearing a terminal amine and a Boc-protected amino group. It can be used in PROTAC synthesis and other conjugation applications, with the free amine providing a site for reaction with carboxylic acids, activated NHS esters, and carbonyl compounds such as ketones and aldehydes.
