TCO-PEG6-NHS ester is a PEG crosslinker combining a TCO moiety with an NHS ester for labeling antibodies, proteins and other primary amine-containing macromolecules with TCO. The hydrophilic PEG spacer increases water solubility and reduces steric hindrance during ligation, supporting its placement among amine-reactive click-chemistry reagents and TCO-PEG linkers.
