TCO-PEG8-TFP ester is a monodisperse crosslinker with a TCO moiety and a hydrophilic PEG8 spacer. It is used to introduce TCO onto amine-containing antibodies, proteins and other macromolecules. The PEG8 spacer increases water solubility and reduces steric hindrance during ligation, placing this reagent within the TCO-PEG and click chemistry catalog sections.
