t-Boc-N-amido-PEG4-NHS ester is a PEG linker combining a Boc-protected amine with an NHS ester. The NHS ester enables labeling of primary amines (-NH2) on proteins, amine-modified oligonucleotides, and other amine-containing molecules. Acidic conditions can remove the Boc protection to expose the amine for subsequent modification.
