t-Boc-N-amido-PEG3-NHS ester is a PEG linker combining an NHS ester with a t-Boc-protected amine. The NHS ester labels primary amines (-NH2) on proteins, amine-modified oligonucleotides and other amine-containing molecules. Mild acidic conditions remove the t-Boc group to expose a free amine.
