Sulfidefluor 7-AM is a stable fluorescent probe for hydrogen sulphide (H2S) that also contains azide functionality for click chemistry. It can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition with alkyne-containing molecules or strain-promoted cycloaddition with DBCO- or BCN-containing molecules.
