NH2-PEG6-Val-Cit-PAB-OH is a cleavable ADC linker combining a primary amine, a hydrophilic PEG spacer, a Val-Cit dipeptide and a PAB group bearing a benzylic alcohol. The amine provides a site for reactions including carboxylic acid coupling and reductive amination, while the benzylic alcohol supports functionalization for payload conjugation.
