NH2-PEG4-Val-Cit-PAB-OH is a cleavable ADC linker containing a primary amine, a hydrophilic PEG spacer, a Val-Cit dipeptide and a PAB group with a benzylic alcohol. The amine supports coupling with carboxylic acids and reductive amination with aldehydes or ketones. The benzylic alcohol provides a site for functionalization for drug-payload conjugation.
