TCO-PEG24-acid is a monodisperse PEG linker bearing a TCO moiety and a carboxylic acid (CO2H) group. The acid group can couple to primary amines in the presence of activators, while TCO reacts with tetrazine-containing molecules through inverse-electron demand Diels-Alder cycloaddition. The hydrophilic PEG spacer supports solubility in aqueous media; listed solvents are water, DMF.
